Cabernet Sauvignon: Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine that gets its name from the grape variety used to make it. It's grown in many places around the world, but it is most popular in France and California.

Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are dark purple with green tinges and grow in bunches that have anywhere from 15-30 individual grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep, rich flavor with hints of blackberry or cassis.

The grapes are harvested at different times depending on where they're grown, but they can be harvested as early as August or as late as November. The best time for harvesting is usually right after a rainstorm when the ground is moist but not too wet.

Pinot Grigrio: Pinot Grigio is a white wine grape variety that originates from Italy. It is most commonly produced in the Veneto region, but can also be found in other areas of Italy, such as Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Trentino-Alto Adige. Pinot Grigio is known for its high acidity level, which makes it an ideal choice for pairing with food.

Pinot Grigio is known for its crisp taste and refreshing flavors. The wine's crispness comes from the high levels of acidity present in Pinot Grigio grapes. The wine's refreshing flavor comes from its light body and delicate aromas of lemon, apple, pear and peach.

Prosecco Sparkling Wine: Prosecco is a sparkling wine that gets its name from the Italian region of Veneto, where it's made. It's made using the Charmat process, which creates a light and delicate wine that's easy to drink and pairs well with many different foods.

Prosecco is made by fermenting grape juice and then adding sugar, which creates a second fermentation process in the bottle. This process creates bubbles at a very fast rate, resulting in a bubbly, effervescent wine that has a low alcohol content.

The best way to drink Prosecco is to serve it chilled in a flute glass or champagne glass with no ice cubes (since ice will dilute the flavor). You can also serve it as an apéritif before dinner or alongside appetizers like oysters or shrimp cocktail.
